Welcome to beautiful downtown Steamboat Springs, the second of our trifecta of western ski towns. Main Street is full of cute shops, riverside paths, and stunning mountain views. And it's only fifteen minutes from world-class skiing.
We rented a room from a Swiss ex-machinist named Peter, took some much-needed showers, and drove out of town to take in some of the surrounding ranch country.
This summer's stay in Steamboat consisted of grand green pastures, country drives, and plenty of sunshine; hopefully, the next trip will include a couple of bluebird powder days on the slopes!
